Job Description
Location: Quito, Ecuador
Work Modality: Remote / Virtual with biweekly onsite meetings in Quito’s financial district
Compensation: USD $1,500–$2,000 (depending on experience)
Join a leading exporter of premium-quality roses serving the North American market. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to strengthen and grow our presence in the United States floral industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the North American market.
- Manage and expand an existing portfolio of clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Generate sales growth through strategic prospecting and relationship management.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize Komet software for customer management, order handling, and sales processes.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and performance targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience within the floral industry.
- Existing network and active client contacts within the North American market is required.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Komet is essential.
- 100% written and spoken English proficiency is required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Results-driven mindset with strong follow-through and accountability.
