- $15/hour + 3% commission
OR - $20/hour + 1% commission with commission growth/escalator opportunities

Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and relationship-driven Sales Representatives to join a growing organization within the floral industry. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong sales abilities who enjoy building client relationships, growing accounts, and developing business opportunities. Floral experience is a plus but not required; candidates with strong sales backgrounds from other industries are encouraged to apply.
This role offers the opportunity to step into an existing book of business while also expanding and developing new customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customer accounts valued at approximately $200,000–$300,000
- Build strong and long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and expand customer accounts
- Conduct outreach and maintain regular communication with customers
- Develop strategies to drive revenue growth and improve client retention
- Provide excellent customer service and act as a trusted point of contact
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs and expectations are met
- Track customer interactions, sales activities, and account progress
- Work toward achieving sales goals and performance targets
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, account management, business development, or customer relationship management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain lasting customer relationships
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities
- Floral industry experience is preferred but not required
- Candidates from outside the floral industry with proven sales success are strongly encouraged to apply
