As a Wholesale Sales Representative, your mission is to grow and nurture relationships with retail florists, garden centers, and other floral buyers, ensuring they receive top-quality flowers and service.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as the key sales contact within a floral wholesaler or distribution company, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
- Offer expert advice on seasonal flower availability, product options, and pricing tailored to retail florists and other buyers.
- Coordinate orders, oversee timely delivery schedules, and ensure seamless communication between customers and supply teams.
- Identify new sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and market trends within the fresh cut flower industry.
- Participate in industry trade fairs and events to promote floral products and expand your network.
What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on experience selling fresh cut flowers in a wholesale or distributor setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain detailed sales records.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and order processing systems.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits or industry events.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
