Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with floral customers within the assigned market.

- Communicate with customers regarding products, availability, orders, and sales-related needs.
- Promote fresh-cut flowers and floral products to professional floral customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
- Follow up with customers to strengthen relationships and identify additional business opportunities.
- Support customer retention and long-term account development.
- Monitor local market activity and identify potential new customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to help ensure customer needs are addressed effectively.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
- Represent the hiring company professionally within the local floral market.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Knowledge of the local floral market.
- Existing relationships within the floral industry.
- Knowledge of flower varieties, seasonal demand, and floral products.
