Are you ready to take the next step in your floral industry career? We are looking for an experienced Mass Market Manager to lead B2B sales efforts between flower farms or floral wholesale distributors and top-tier mass retail chains across the U.S. and Europe.

This role is ideal for a highly connected, strategic sales leader who understands how to navigate large-volume retail partnerships in the fresh cut flower industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage commercial relationships with mass market retailers such as Walmart, Publix, Costco, Carrefour, Tesco, and similar accounts.
  • Act as a bridge between flower wholesalers, farms, and mass retailers, ensuring alignment on pricing, product assortment, and delivery.
  • Lead contract negotiations, manage seasonal planning, and oversee execution for fresh cut flowers and floral products.
  • Analyze sales performance, demand trends, and retail KPIs to guide assortment, rotation, and promotional strategy.
  • Collaborate with logistics, marketing, and product development teams to ensure flawless delivery and presentation.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce new floral products or formats tailored to each retailer’s customer base.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and retailer shifts in the mass market floral sales landscape.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the flower industry, especially in mass retail or wholesale distribution.
  • Strong track record in managing key accounts in mass market or supermarket sectors.
  • Excellent negotiation, commercial, and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of global logistics and seasonal floral planning.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages like Spanish, French, or Dutch are a plus).
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Preferred Experience:

  • Working with large-scale floral wholesale distributors or directly from flower farms.
  • Knowledge of compliance, packaging, and sustainability standards in retail.
  • Existing relationships with retail buyers in mass market grocery or convenience chains.
