*Senior Floral Designer/Head Designer*.

Position description:

• Manage processes in the design room, processing and cooler.
• Oversee production of the most elegant designs with efficiency while controlling COG, labor, etc
• Make sure clients’ needs are met.
• Oversee the locations sales.
• This position will be the Lead in the sense they are the main point of contact for clients, and may lead efforts for larger projects.

• Keeping everyone on task while increasing productivity and profitability

Requirements:

• Experience in the fresh cut flower industry
• Design and management experience
• The candidate must possess strong leadership skills, be result driven, excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, entrepreneurial spirit
• At least 2 years of design experience and 1 year of management
