*Key Responsibilities:*

• Identify the industry trends and needs.
• Manage, conduct, and analyze research for new suppliers
• Responsible for proposing large quotes as well as recommending best flower options, shipping and transportation options.
• Manage administrative and financial responsibilities.
• Permanent control with suppliers individually so that the packaging materials are always available.
• Special customer service such as for weddings, Valentine’s Day, All Saints’ Day, Mother’s Day, and Mother’s Day, taking into account their needs and special flower productions.
• Staying in communication with your sales team at all time
• Treating your sales team as your customer
• Building relationships with your vendors
• Looking for new vendors

*Requirements:*

• 3+ years of buying experience in the Flower industry
• Deep knowledge of products, including their seasonality
• Strong time management skills
• Team Players
• Task Oriented
• Organized
• Excel knowledge
