Job Description
Job Purpose
Ensure the quality of flowers from cultivation through post-harvest, guaranteeing compliance with the company’s established standards and contributing to customer satisfaction and the reputation of the floriculture group.
Main Responsibilities – Crop Operator

Supervise the flower cultivation process, ensuring efficient and sustainable agricultural practices.

Perform quality control in the field, verifying the health status, size, color, and uniformity of the flowers.

Monitor compliance with the production standards established by the company.

Coordinate with the work team on the execution of agricultural tasks (irrigation, fertilization, pruning, pest and disease control).

Monitor daily progress.

Verify inventory accuracy by comparing physical production with purchase records.
Main Responsibilities – Post-Harvest Operator

Control product quality during the packaging process, ensuring optimal presentation and freshness.

Conduct post-harvest analysis to guarantee the product’s shelf life from harvest to final delivery.

Comply with packaging, storage, and transportation protocols.

Implement quality controls in flower production, ensuring international standards.

Coordinate with the logistics area to ensure timely deliveries in optimal condition.
