About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of wholesale floral customers.
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales growth.
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure accurate follow-up.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Resolve customer concerns while providing outstanding customer service.
- Monitor customer needs and market trends to recommend appropriate products.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and internal systems.
- Meet or exceed established sales and account management goals.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work full-time in an on-site environment.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in the wholesale floral or fresh-cut flower industry.
- Knowledge of floral products, seasonal availability, and customer buying patterns.
- Experience working with wholesalers, distributors, growers, or floral suppliers.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an asset.
