We are looking to fill a Technical Sales Manager

Position description:

The position works directly with flower wholesalers and florists. The Technical Sales Manager will ensure top-quality customer service, technical support and build long-lasting relationships with the clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • The position will be responsible for the market development and daily sales management.
  • Prospect new customers and build your customer base on a monthly basis (Floral wholesalers).
  • Technical coaching to create commercial relationships with Flower Industry clients, lines.
  • Ensure client´s compliance with budget flowering programs, maintaining quality and fulfillment of customer orders in all flowering seasons, for United States customers
  • Develop new product lines for customers



  • Experience in the fresh cut flower industry
  • Studies in Agronomy or Horticulture.
  • Great comprehension of technical/ horticulture processes. (Flower Industry)
  • Proficient in the use of current software and communications networks
  • Experience in the management of relationships with clients (Technical support for clients)
  • The candidate must possess strong leadership skills, be result driven, excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, entrepreneurial spirit
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Able to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
