We are looking to fill a Retail Sales Manager role:
Retail Sales Manager: Luxury Floral & Lifestyle Boutique

We’re looking for a dynamic, sales-driven Retail Sales Manager to lead a team, enhance the customer experience, and oversee operations while driving profitability and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Drive retail sales and work toward revenue goals, ensuring a best-in-class shopping experience.
Organize seasonal open houses to showcase new collections and giftware.
Work with the Creative Director to refresh window and in-store displays to reflect seasonal collections.
Travel to trade and gift shows nationwide to source exclusive, unique products that set the Shop apart.
Ensure store merchandising aligns with sales goals and enhances customer experience.
Manage and motivate a team of approximately 10 employees, providing leadership, coaching, and training in sales techniques, customer etiquette, and hospitality.
Develop procedures to streamline scheduling and efficiency in daily operations.
Oversee a 7-day, 12-hour-a-day retail schedule, ensuring smooth operations
Plan and execute exclusive private events for clients across different departments.
Responsible for profit and loss (P&L), budgeting, and forecasting for upcoming seasons.
Monitor sales trends and adjust inventory, promotions, and merchandising strategies accordingly.
