Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in floral design with leadership or supervisory roles, preferably in retail or floral wholesale settings.
- In-depth knowledge of fresh cut flower varieties, design techniques, and industry trends.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site and manage multiple design projects effectively.
- Passion for floral creativity combined with business sense.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
