What We’re Looking For:
- A hands-on leader with a proven track record of managing a flower shop in a retail environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to oversee daily operations, inventory, and staff.

- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and ensure timely deliveries of fresh flowers and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the flower shop, ensuring smooth workflow and high customer satisfaction.
- Lead and inspire a team of florists and shop staff to achieve sales and service goals.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking floral products.
- Coordinate with customers for custom orders and ensure timely delivery of arrangements.
- Train and develop staff to ensure high-quality floral designs and exceptional customer interactions.
- Maintain the shop’s visual appeal with creative and seasonal displays.
- Handle financials, including budgets, cash flow, and sales reports.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Flower Shop Manager or Assistant Manager in a retail setting.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Knowledge of floral care, design techniques, and industry trends.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage sales and meet financial targets.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.
