We are looking to fill an Account Manager/ Business Developer position/Sales Representative

Position description:

The position works directly with flower wholesalers and florists selling fresh and premium flowers from around the world. The Account Manager will ensure top-quality customer service and products and build long-lasting relationships with the clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • The position will be responsible for the market development and daily sales management.
  • Prospect new customers and build your customer base on a monthly basis (florists, event planners, online floral retailers, wholesalers, and mass market accounts.
  • Make sure all orders are processed and executed in a timely manner
  • Create standing order promotions and holiday specials
  • Develop new product lines for customers



  • Experience in the fresh cut flower industry
  • Great comprehension of fresh cut flower species and products
  • Proficient in the use of current software and communications networks
  • Experience in the management of relationships with clients, marketing and promotion of new floral products, order management, supply management and floral market speculation
  • The candidate must possess strong leadership skills, be result driven, excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, entrepreneurial spirit
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Able to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
